We had an amazing experience with this beautiful, and cozy spa. Amanda did an outstanding job on the pedicure she provided. She was meticulous, and insisted on perfection. She was also friendly, and respectful.

I found this place online so I went in with an open mind, but the experience within the Spa was fantastic: I was super early for my eyebrow threading appointment but Makenzie took me in early and did an outstanding job with my eyebrows (I had been going to another place closer to me before but they completely ruined my brows) but she was able to do them according to my actual shape and not based on what they were and immediately was able to visualize what my eyebrows are supposed to look like. Will definitely go back

Clean and casual space, plus happy, friendly ladies! Best mini pedi I’ve had and an excellent job on my mani! Highly recommend the facial treatment! Although I only had the mini facial, my skin was definately fresher and smoother than when I arrived! Looking forward to the full service!

Mackenzie does my threading and waxed me all through my second pregnancy! She is absolutely amazing! Professional, personable, quick and sooo good at her job! I always leave happy 🙂 I will never go elsewhere and would recommend her over anyone else!

So my mom has been going here for years, and I decided to get gel nails for once. Now I’ve been going religiously! Mack is the only one who does my nails and she pays such attention to detail and such a refreshing person to talk to! I’ve gotten her to thread my eyebrows before and they were perfect, as well as eyelash extensions and again I was super happy! Couldn’t ask for a better esthetician! Thanks mack❤️

My mother-in-law was visiting from Toronto and looking for some gel fills. Accentual was not only able to fit her in last minute they gave her the best manicure she had ever had! The price was right, the service was top notch and the shop was beautiful and clean. We had a great time with the girls. I was very impressed and will definitely recommend to everyone. I have been visiting the salon for over 5 years and can’t say enough about this nail studio and spa. Having moved from Vancouver where I went to the same studio for almost 15 years it was important that I find the right place here in Kelowna. After trying out a couple other places in the Mission I landed on this studio and the rest is history.
From the minute I walked in for my first appt I knew that I had found a place for all my nail and spa needs. Teresa the owner is always welcoming to everyone that walks through the door and she has instilled the same with her team. She takes great pride in her space and it shows in the cleanliness and protocols that are followed. I could go on and on but needless to say if you’re looking for a place where you feel more like a friend than just a client this is the place for you!

Wonderful spa! super cute and cozy, friendly and professional staff, and the gel nails i got done lasted longer than any other set i’ve had. Pedicures here are very detail oriented, and super relaxing. Would definitely recommend, and will go back! Mackenzie has also done lashes for me-they were the perfect volume, and lasted so long!

I have been meeting with Teresa for gel nails during this past year, and can confidently say her service is unparalleled in Kelowna. She is an expert at her craft, always willing to experiment with me, and more than everything, an incredibly generous and thoughtful spirit. Her energy extends throughout her salon and staff (I recently had Amrit thread my eyebrows and loved meeting her!) and I have felt especially comfortable visiting the spa during the pandemic, as it is impeccably cleaned and I know that they respect the safety of their clients.

This place gives such an amazing pedicure! I booked in the extra TLC and the technician worked for 30 minutes to make sure my feet were silky soft! I will definitely be coming back!
